Rhinoplasty 3 days away & want to see some obvious refinement

My surgery date is just three days away and it's a bit surreal. I have known I was going to get a nose job for years, it was all just a matter of when and from who. I am more excited than I am nervous, but I can't help but second guess am I going to the surgeon who is going to give me the best results?

Don't get me wrong, I have researched rhinoplasty for years, and in the months leading up to my decision to pull the trigger, I have felt (and still feel) completely confident in the surgeon I have selected. I think it's just all a part of the process because you will never truly know, but I am extremely optimistic about it all. My only two fears are A. Being botched with a MJ nose or B. Results that yield tooo natural of results, like of course I still want to look like me, but I also want to be able to see some obvious refinement. But wish me luck, only getting even more beautiful from here! <3
