I'd go to the office and sit for an hour waiting

I came to Anil Shah for my rhinoplasty. I tried to go to the office several times for laser and other follow-ups for scarring but it was near impossible. I wasn't told about follow-up care. The office is in complete chaos and disarray. Even when I lived within 5 minutes of the office in River North, it was still impossible to get in during I'd go to the office and sit for an hour waiting. Multiple appointments I had to leave because I worked and the doctor or assistants were late or backed up. My nose scarring is so terrible i'm now looking to get it revised. I'm tired of hating my face even more than before surgery.

The nose job he did is horrendous. The scars left behind shows me he did not care one bit. I have large visible scarring and holes in the side of my nose. Lastly, there seems to be cartilage from my ear (he took cartilage to add more to my bridge) that is stuck in the side of one nostril and slowly trying to make its way out. It's not fun trying to pick matter literally embedded in your skin.
