Post Operative Experience Leaves Much to Be Desired!

Exemplary service from pre-surgery to surgery but everything fell off post-surgery where i experienced disappointing after-care services. Since post surgery, I mainly experienced asymmetry swelling in nose and nostrils. Whenever a concern was raised, the clinic gaslit me and said these are all normal and my nose is perfect and that my nose is symmetrical but did not offer solid advices. I diligently follow up for my request for a paid post operative consultation but was told to wait day after day to no avail. As I shared my experiences regarding the lack of aftercare, I was accused of photoshopping my results, to which they threatened to refuse further consultation or advices regarding my ailments. The clinic have also sent pictures of me without permission to potential clients; and have made defamatory comments to these clients. Not to mention, in the weeks while I waited for a consultation, a potential client was able to get a consultation one day after contacting Dr Hanege/WEP Clinic.
In short, services were exemplary till post surgery where issues occured and I was gaslit and threatened. I began the journey as a very happy patient and recommended more than a dozen girls to the surgeon; but I have been very disappointed through my personal experience and will not endorse Dr Hanege anymore.

Screenshot of full conversations are all on my Instagram. Latest pic of my nostrils uploaded - this is a mirror picture, no one can accuse of photoshop.
Would like to reiterate that clinic has been ringing up potential patients, sending them my photos on better days (without permission), screenshot bits and pieces of conversation, threatens to sue me, name calling me “crazy” and accusing me of photoshopping photos ‘to make Dr look bad’.
Here I ask - what do I gain out of this?
My Instagram account is private.
I am not an influencer.
I paid for my entire surgery.
I offered to pay for consultation and waited patiently.
I had still recommended the surgeon but only cautioned the lack of after care, but received all these accusations.
Thusly I no longer would endorse the surgeon/clinic.

I find her review extremely helpful. And it is valid for all the points she made. Even if someone else would deem the experience less problematic, it will always be the right of the customer to share how they felt about any experience they had with a business. everyone who wants to do a rhinoplasty should be old enough to make up their own mind. I personally don't think Hanege is botching people and she didn't say he ruined her nose either. The focus is on the after care and the service. Aside from the fact that people will find it more suspicious if there are ONLY positive reviews on a surgeon because it thats kinda impossible. Any business needs to be open to feedback and has to handle critique. I studied marketing, so I know for a fact that the behavior of Dr. Haneges team towards an unhappy patient is everything but wise. They would have just explained and reassured her - that costs nothing but their time and maybe patience but they NEED clients so the should have their priorities checked.

Thank you 3rdcharm! You basically wrote what I wrote before. Dr. Hanege is, in a professional field, and getting, angry or upset with patients for, needing basic aftercare, and posting photos without patient consent illegal. It is extremely unprofessional, and not someone with a business to uphold and what a grown adult would do. Customers are 100% allowed to express, how they feel, it's not realistic, to force people to say good things about an establishment. If, I go to a restaurant, and a server, throws my food on the table and rolls their eyes at me, do I just write a good review, just to make the owner of the restaurant happy?! That's not realistic, in real life, when you're assisting clients or customers they will talk about you, people, can say whatever they want, and there is nothing that can be done about it, when you own a business, it's just life. Also I AM NOT making false claims, or any type of defamation, I have screenshots on top of screenshots in group chats, for proof. If the girls ever give me permission, I will share it.

4 months post op

Since 6 weeks post op, my nose have never changed and I did not experience variance in swelling day by day. My nose is softer to the touch, and I am thin skin so reckon that this is likely to be close to end result now.
Taking the last few months off from the harassment, gaslighting, verbal abuse from the clinic/it’s cult patients, I reframed my experience and found the many red flags I didn’t see then because of the naive and trust in the surgeon and it’s coordinators (especially Rula who has a huge hand to play). Just naming the biggest red flag was overpromising to do certain procedures (alar reduction, tip defatting) through video consultation and a deposit was made, then only to ~kinda~ say he can’t do any of that; none of the goals I wanted and he had previously acceded to, during in person consultation. If only if I have taken that red flag and run, I would not have ended up with such an unsatisfactory result and traumatic experience to boot. Second red flag was the team complaining about other patients.. I felt for them hence did any marketing projects they wanted me to; as I had thought they were nice. Little did I know of the nightmare that ensues..
Anyways since 6 weeks PO to 4 months PO, the following still persists:
• indentation on radix (due to the below)
• radix moving (not sutured properly; lack of skills)
• asymmetric alars (previously symmetrical)
• asymmetry nostrils (previously symmetrical)
• flat alars (overstretching/poor hindsight)
• entire nose being bigger than pre-op
I wanted a dainty, pixie nose with supra-tip break, a nice slope and this needs lots of defatting. What I got is a bigger than birth nose, with projection akin to slapping a rib on top and stretch it to the limit and all it a day. My alars were not cut and my nose was not defatted.
All of these follow ups are made factually, because I’m honestly so traumatised by this clinic/surgeon and its coordinators. My trust has been so betrayed and this nightmare of a nose is a constant reminder of my horrible experience. Whilst I am not botched per se, the radix issue gives me so much unease with doing basic human acts like kissing a partner - I don’t want to risk it moving and messed up.
Till this date, I sleep elevated and upright and absolutely done nothing to my nose, yet the results’ been this way. Again, I don’t think I’ve been botched but I am not able to attest to surgeon’s skills and definitely not the hellish experience I’ve had to recommend to anyone.
Should you consider this surgeon, please thread lightly.

This review was not helpful because we cannot see enough of your nose. All you showed is the nostrils. If we can see your entire nose then we can make an educated decision. But here we cannot even see anything. I hope you would in the future consider posting better photos. It's Just impossible to determine from these limited views
