My nose looked like one side was caving in

i had a septorhinoplasty done by dr barnouti in July 2017. 2 weeks after my initial consultation (didn’t really question why he had such quick availability compared to other surgeons) a week post op i went to get stitches removed but he was no where to be seen and a nurse did it which was very painful which i mentioned to him. at my 6 week check up everything looked fine except that my nose was uneven and the bones on each side were protruding out and he assured it will settle into place with time . just under a year post op i booked to see him bringing up the same concern and he said well that is not swelling (pointing at the bones) i couldn’t shave down the bones on either side as you wouldn’t be able to breathe if so, i said well what am i supposed to to as my nose looked like one side was caving in. he said he’s happy to inject filler to even it out . which was fine up until i needed a touch up and went to see him again . KNOWING THIS ISSUE AND NOT BRINGING IT UP PRIOR OR DIRECTLY AFTER SURGERY BUT MENTIONING IT NEARLY A YEAR LATER knowing only filler would be able to make it look symmetrical i mentioned i needed a touch up and dr barnouti named a price which shocked me since he was responsible and said that it had been a year since the operation and that i was no longer under his care so if i wanted the filler i would be paying. never been to him since and have been getting filler on one side of my nose ever since out of pocket . i also cannot feel the tip of my nose and the where the stitches were inside both nostrils have extremely thick scar tissue to where i couldn’t even get my nose pierced if i wanted to. very unhappy with the work and his ethic.
