Visit/check up with another Doctor
Finally I have an answer to all my questions that Dr. Ali Reza Mohhebi has done to me!
Had a check up with one of the best surgeon in Moscow. Doctor explained that during the surgery hump wasn’t filed down enough. That the reason was u have all this dints, small humps on nasal bridge as extra cartilage was left.
Another shocking news!!! My nose wasn’t broken on sides to straighten and narrow it. Only hump was filed down.
During this check up Doctor asked, If I was last patient for surgery, and I was the last.
He said: “So sorry for what he has done, he didn’t complete the job, maybe he was tired or felt lazy”.
Now I can clearly state that Dr. Ali Reza Mohhebi is irresponsible, careless and dangerous Doctor as well as he us butcher.
He cuts and make money, my ruining our face, nose and life!!!!!!

Dr. Alireza Mohebbi, is a “butcher”
He might did great noses and had great experience, but if you are not influencers or celebrity, he won’t even remove ur cast and he wont even check you!!!
I ve seen him only ONCE on the day of the surgery.

Russian Roulette Luck! It’s Factory Not a Doctor.
Hi, my name is Anjelika.
Half Russian and Korean. Have broken my nose in age of 10. Had septal deviation and hump.
Did long research and contacted as seemed to me real patient. She said he is a God and did revision for her. Showed me the photos and it look so good.
Before the surgery communication was good and we were trying to schedule my surgery, my flight and availability with doctor. Dont why I was in Rush and so excited, maybe cause it was in my head since I was small.
So we scheduled my surgery right after the holiday. And my appointment and surgery was the same day. I imagined it a bit different.
Doctor gave me the number of the agent, price is USD 500. Who was taking care of everything. But I booked hotel myself.
When I arrived lovely lady met me in the airport and dropped me to the hotel. Next day we went and did some blood test, which one I don’t know. And photos. They don’t do any check up for u. If ur diabetic or have heart issue. Or if you can undergo for the surgery. But I did my breast before, so I had all the results.
But I realize if person don’t have experience as me may DIE ON THE TABLE DURING THE SURGERY.
Day of the surgery:
Agent brought me to the hospital. It looked so old and dirty. It made me so scared. We went down to pay, before seeing a doctor (how silly, naive and risky).
I expected that we will have proper appointment, even if the surgery will be the same day.
But doctor was so busy with surgery and actually he went out during the surgery to speak to me.
I freak out and called my family. My sister she told me go back to Abu Dhabi. Agent saw that I am crying and they gave me some pills. And doctor spoke to me again and I had with me my own City Scan CD of my nose.
He had a look and said exactly three issue that I had that many doctors didn’t see. So I thought he is really smart and I don’t know why but i felt he is so confident and I trust him.
After waiting 2 hours. They prepared me for surgery very quickly. I laid on the table and didnt even had proper chat again and they injected narcos.
Woke up. Dr Ali Reza Mohebbi came to me and explained what he has done and when i need to come back and agent will take care of it.
Same day they took me to the hotel. Isn’t it like FACTORY or Horror movie?! They cut and send you the hotel with no post care at all.
Nasal Tampons were removed after 24 hours. Cast was removed after 7 days. They told me before the removal to take proper hot shower and make the cast wet. During this period no post care as well.
When i came to remove the cast it was my last day. Nobody gives u time or attention or proper check.
During the removal I havent seen the doctor. The nurse were removing it and it wasn’t wet enough and she was struggling. And with thin tool the pressed it so hard and u know how fragile is nose after the surgery. AND NOW I HAVE DENT. Not so visible but it is there. And i have small humps on my bridge from the left side, where was the edge of the cast.
But to be fair i had zero bruises and my face wasn’t swollen much. Means they doctor is professional.
The outcome is 60% satisfactory. He didn’t ask what exactly I need and I need to be it more narrowed.
The tip of my nose is brilliant, YES. Nose is natural, YES.
But I have dint and humps. Cause of STUPID NURSE.
I have paid USD 3,000, but for Iranians they do for 1,000. Plus agent USD 500 which doesn’t really worth it. But she was so sweet and kind, but even this money doesn’t go to her.
It’s seems I was lucky that I didn’t have any serious issues during and after the surgery, that could harm my life or health. Looking at the back and seeing the overall all process, I don’t know if I am too stubborn, brave or stupid.
Cause they don’t care about foreigners:
1. No proper appointment.
2. Everything is very quick, they cut, remove cast and fly back home.
3. No care before or after.
4. No check ups before or after.
5. No follow ups.
6. No communication after.
I have contacted Dr. Ali Reza Mohebbi several times.
I sent photo. He was very slow in responding and very short answers.
What he said come i will do revision for free.
I asked him but who will pay for hotel, ticket and etc. and to suffer and recover after the surgery again.
He never replied back.
Being fair and honest, yes Iranians doctors are professional. But agent has explained to be that demand is so high there are so many bad and good doctors. And the process became as pure business.
Maybe there are doctors with good modern clinics and where you will get professional care but it’s risky.
Plus Iran is not so developed country with social media and to find real review is very difficult.
But I saw people from Sweden and London and etc.

I think I was so obsessed to make a rhino. And took such a huge risk.
I would say that he is complete butcher. My tip of the nose is very cute, specially post 6 months.

Who is butcherer? I don’t understand you said you liked your nose tip?
Butcherer is a person who works in butchery, and working with meat.

You think he IS a butcher? But your nose doesn’t look botched? I’m confused why you say that?
If tip of your nose looks very good then he is an excellent surgeon. Tip is the most challenging part of nose to operate on. Tip of the nose is the part 99 percent of surgeons cannot do properly due to the skill level involved with beautiful nasal tip. So if your tip look good then he did a good job. I actually had a botched surgery and my tip is falling down it looks awful. Also there is no such thing as a perfectly straight nose

If you have beautiful nose tip then he is indeed a world class surgeon. Very bad to call him names
My nose tip is mangled from a bad surgery. Nose tip is most difficult part of the surgery.
To be quite honnest, the result is not that bad. You are not showing the pre-op nor the post-op photos of yours in many angles so we can't really judge. I also believe that you must have healed by this time and now your nose must look wonderful.

I did it with deep light and clicked it with flash, that it will show dimples and dents on my nose.
I would say he ruined my nose.
The right side of the nose is perfect but the left and bridge has this issues. It obvious when my skin gets oily or obviously It feels when you touch it.

I'm sorry for what happened my dear, haven't you decided to get a revision ? You know I have quite a thick ethnic bulbous nose and knowing that most surgeons in the country I'm living won't give me the result I desire, I thought Iran was the solution and Dr Mohebbi (according to his photos on IG) seemed to be the one who could handle my case but now I'm very suspicious. Maybe should I go to Turkey with Dr Suleyman Tas ? Where would you recommend someone like me to go ?

Doctor MUST be as jeweler, it the most difficult surgery in this field.
Individuality of your health and body itself.
Post care in clinic, post care of the patient.
Your Hormones and etc.
Would I do it again, I doubt.

This is very sad & unfortunate. I'm in no way able to visit a top-tier surgeon from Beverly Hills and spend over 20 to 40k usd. But anyway now I'm more than ever conviced that Iran is not the place to go (despite of its reputation of being the country of nose jobs, yet a lot of them look quite fake and plastic). The demand is high there I ve seen on the streets every third girl with tape ok their nose.
But Agent told me as the demand is so high so many unprofessional doctors make money and dont care.

Check in IG sadaf beauty, he did her surgery. Our noses looks similar.
He took good care of her as I guess it was the add, same with some Kuwaiti blogger.

Once again I really think that you're case is unfortunate. I've made months of researchs and I've noticed that Dr Mohebbi was the only iranian surgeon to give results close to perfection. The rest of the iranian surgeons aren't really producing natural results. It's really disappoiting to realize that even him can be a butcher. But according to you Anjelika, do you really believe that one should absolutely go for the top-tier expensive surgeons in the West ? Haven't you notice how most western surgeons are way too expensice yet their results are just too conservative (sometimes there isn't even a difference) ? I'm really hooked on Dr Mohebbi but if for some reason I decide to go elsewhere, then I'd definitely go for Turkey

She also had her nose job done by Dr Mohebbi and despite the fact she is totally pleased with the result, she also stated the same things as you pertaining the hospital equipment and how the lack of cleanliness/modernity creeped her out. Anjelika2609, I hope you still can live with your nose despite the fact that you are not 100 % satisfied by it (the option of revision is still there however). Speaking off me, I don't really have time to save up 10-20k, I'm near to the 30's so I need to capitalize on the bit of time left of my youth. Therefore, I've gotta do my nose job this year (hopefully the international borders will open and airlines start working again) either in Iran or Turkey.

And I found so many patients and 3 has replied. And for me it looked that its real patients, not a blogger or advertising or marketing.

Please at least check if you Are suitable for the surgery, cause I did my breast before the rhino and i had my full pack of analyzes.
My nose is not so bad, the tip is perfect but as he didn’t completed my nose, and plus nurse, no post care gave this dint and deformation.
If you would ask me, if this has changed my look, yes, only from the profile/side. But front look didn’t change at all, and yes it’s very natural. No one even ask me if I had done my nose.

Hi Anjelika, please hit me up on my adresse email. To be honnest, I've seen few of your photos before surgery and I was thinking like : But her nose is not even that bad on the first place ! For the post-op follow ups I understand how it sucks but you not living in Iran doesn't help. I do agree that it still 100% unethical and unacceptable from such a doctor to not call you or contact you. Moreover, he overcharged you which is a very sneaky move from him. I'm in contact with a medical tourism agency (ariamedtour) and I've said to the consultant on whatsapp that I do have a deviated septum and guess what, he told me that they might consider it as a revision surgery which cost even more ! If they judge that my nasal septum is broken they would overcharge. So yeah I'm now skeptical about them.

She said her nasal tip is perfect.
I paid almost 20,000 for harvard trained doctor in us and got butchered. Just because the doctor is "famous" or overcharges does not mean he is a Good surgeon..
I wouldn't say that he is so bad, my tip is co cute and I seen recently he is on of the best in this.

I need some form to be filled by the doctor so I could claim 30% from Insurance.
