I lack projection on the whole nose, alars retracted, and uneven tip

I am Southeast Asian, and I had my revision surgery with rib cartilage through Erin Boldaz on 12/15/2022 in Turkey. Immediately after surgery he showed me my table picture.  Immediately, I knew he under-projected my nose after he took out my silicon implant.  I held it in and waited.  My nose bled up to cast day because he’s very rough. At cast day off, he did not want me to look straight into the mirror.  I was so disappointed because not only it was flat and big, but I got a huge dent on my nose. I was very bruised up because Erin Boldaz is not very gentle.  He took 4 hours to do my surgery.  It is too long for any skillful doctor to do.   Not only, the doctor is inexperience with Asian nose but he also not very clean.  He coughed in his hands and touched my nose which is gross.  I am now after a year, all the swelling went away, but my bridge has disappeared.  He did dice ribs on my nose and under-projected it so, its way lower than my silicon nose and its next to no work done on the bridge.  The tip is flat and wide.  All the doctors I consulted stated the same thing.  I lack projection on the whole nose, the alars retracted. , and uneven tip.  One side of my tip is higher than the other.  I don’t have my full smile.  I also feel clicking in my tip, and painful at the left side of the nostril to touch after one year.  Now, I need to search for another revision specialist to fix his work.  Do your research and pick carefully because you will end up wasting a rib.
