2 awful surgeries - left me with a huge dent in my right nostril

Yes he is nice etc but I had an initial rhinoplasty and then a revision with him. My nose was hideous after the first surgery. He kept insisting it was just swelling (not a chance) then offered a free revision (I wish I’d said no but a revision elsewhere would’ve been unaffordable at the time. The revision rhinoplasty left me with a huge dent in my right nostril! There is no cartilage in that nostril at ALL!!!! I was self conscious about my nose before my 1st rhinoplasty and now I am still left with insecurities just now a smaller nose with a dent in it.
