1 rhinoplasty, 1 revision & a crooked nose, options are revision or filler

Unfortunately, after revisiting Dr. Kutz years after my surgeries with him, I have to amend my comments about his communication. What I have learned is that his care depreciates with time. He looked visibly surprised when I came to show him how my nose has healed. Dr. Kutz spoke at a rapid, frenetic pace and left little room for me to speak. When we broached the possibility of a third surgery he told me he would not sleep the night before. And yet, he was bold enough to walk me out of the office with a revision quote in hand. I’ve since confirmed that I have significant structural issues that will require functional revision. This is something he made light of when I told him my nostrils stick together. Despite saying he would connect me with revision specialists, he never proactively contacted me again. He lacked both the skill and the integrity to help me—something I (not he) will spend countless hours, another surgery, and thousands of dollars paying for. He will continue on—as he has—as if it never happened.

While he has been kind and communicative throughout, it seems I will have to live with a result most people would be seeking surgery to fix. One surgery and a revision later and I’m left with a collapse on one side, curvature on the other side, and an unusual profile to match. The first year post-op showed the result I had hoped for, but that did not last. A revision surgery again gave me high hopes, but I fear it is worse now than before the revision. I’m told my options are another revision that would fundamentally change the shape of my nose or filler to create an optical illusion that things are better than they truly are.
