My Review As a US Medical Doctor
WORTH IT
I don’t usually write reviews but in this case I really felt like I had to because it’s honestly very well deserved.
For context I’m a physician and surgeon based in the United States and I approached this whole process very carefully and critically. I did a lot of research and had multiple consultations in LA and OC area including with well known celebrity surgeons in Beverly Hills before ultimately choosing Dr Dilber.
One of the biggest things that stood out to me was his honesty. I didn’t have a bad nose to begin with, my concerns were more subtle and related to changes and widening over time and just wanting a more refined look. Even after I had already put down a deposit he was very upfront with me and told me if I was his sister he would tell me I didn’t actually need surgery. He even offered to 100% refund me and encouraged me to really think about it before moving forward. Coming from Los Angeles where I’ve seen how often procedures are pushed and overpriced this was honestly something I had never experienced before.
What made me still go forward was his aesthetic eye and his consistency in delivery. His results are natural in a way that is very hard to find. I specifically wanted something that looked completely undetectable, just a more balanced version of myself and that’s exactly what he delivered.
I also have thicker skin which makes rhinoplasty much more challenging and requires a lot more precision to get definition without making it look overdone. He clearly understands how to work with different skin types and it shows in his results.
From start to finish the entire experience exceeded my expectations. Everything was organized, smooth and very professional but at the same time he is genuinely one of the most kindest and most caring doctors i have ever met. You don’t see that often in the medical field especially not with surgeons! You can tell he actually cares about his patients and treats them as family not just as cases.
I also waited intentionally before writing this because I didn’t want to judge anything too early. I’m now three months post op and I can honestly say I have zero regrets. My nose looks natural, balanced and just fits my face in a way that feels right.
What I didn’t expect is how personal this experience would feel. He’s not just a surgeon to me anymore, I genuinely feel like he is an Angel in disguise. And now every time I look in the mirror I’m reminded of his beautiful work, but also of how humble, kind and genuine he was throughout the entire process, which is something money can’t buy and I really value.
I would absolutely without hesitation recommend Dr Dilber to anyone considering rhinoplasty, especially if you want something natural and not obviously done.
