Rhinoplasty results unsatisfactory but very friendly doctor & staff

I'll start by saying Dr. Karimi and his staff are very kind and the best in the business (thats why I gave him two stars) but unfortunately when paying for high dollar surgery its a results based business. I first had a closed deviated septum/rhinoplasty surgery to fix both breathing issues and symmetry which completely missed the mark. Next Dr. Karimi did an open rhino surgery which corrected the symmetry a bit more but a piece of added nose cartilage inside my nostril blocked by breathing. After the surgery I also had a bump on my bridge that was not there before. I ended up having to have a 3rd surgery with Karimi to fix the cartilage block an bump his previous surgery caused but I had to pay additional thousands of dollars. The ONE THIN I requested prior to the final surgery is that if my nose isn't symmetrical please keep it straight and he missed the mark on that as well as I have two slightly different nostrils. I have expressed this to Dr. Karimi in person and over email and there has been no effort to correct these issues. I would recommend a different doctor at this point.
