He promised results that looked NOTHING like the outcome

Hey, unfortunately he did. I had a dorsal hump that I wanted straightened with no changes to my tip (which naturally pointed down and was a bit bulbous but I loved it). He agreed to do minimal changes by making my side profile straight with no changes to the tip. I was stern about these changes being conservative and not having a sloped nose. When he sent me the photo from the OR table I was mortified. He removed so much cartilage from the tip that it was resected by about 5 mm, took it upon himself to add cartilage to the top of the new tip so it’s over projected and pointy, made it upturned and made my entire nose extremely narrow and thin (bridge and tip) when it was a perfect width before. Oh, and my nostrils look like two slits now. I have to get a revision because it’s visibly botched and does not fit my face, which is taxing emotionally, physically and financially. He also neglects to take responsibility or follow up if he knows you don’t like the work he has done. If you’re looking for a doctor who is precise, listens to what you want and provides results based on your requests don’t go to him. Lastly, a big red flag with him is that he posts the same final nose shape on most of his patients via Instagram for the past several months. Hope this helps.

I'm sorry that happened to you too. I'm frightened to do another procedure so I've been holding off on a revision rhinoplasty. I am considering it if I can find the right doctor. If you look at my comment to a previous reply above you'll see what my experience was like.

It's upturned and thin. He said he wouldn't alter the tip of my nose and he did that as well. If you look at my comment above it'll explain more about my experience post-op. I suggest doing more research and consulting with doctors in the states who don't limit their results to one look. There are several surgeons who are incredibly talented, detailed, listen to your concerns and provide you with more natural results if that's what you want. They may cost more, but it's worth avoiding the trauma of ending up with a result you don't want and the possibility of having to go under the knife again. Good luck!

I just found a doctor to do my revision. So many things wrong with my nose. I’ve been so upset and recently got diagnosed with panic disorder because I’ve had several anxiety attacks from just having to live like this. This doctor I’m doing my revision with has given me hope.
