Results Exceeded my Expectations, Office Staff Not Well Organized

I am now 2 month post op from my primary tip rhinoplasty (bridge was not done) and feel that I am healed enough to make an honest review. I am giving Dr Shah 5 stars because he is truly an artist and the results have exceeded my expectations though the office and staff left a bit to be desired. I chose Dr Shah because I was looking for something extremely natural looking, my nose but better. I wanted to shorten the tip slightly and correct some asymmetries, he listened and executed that request to near perfection. However, the communication between him and his office staff was quite poor, on the day of my surgery I waited nearly 2 hours to see him and my partner who brought me in was told by the staff that the Dr wasn't aware that he had surgeries booked that day. The office and surgery area in particular were not very nice and do not look like that of a top surgeons, I was only comforted by the fact that I had previously read about this in some of the reviews. Follow up after surgery was ok and Dr Shah always seemed to be in a rush. I think that because he does so many surgeries he is extremely good at what he does but feels a bit impersonal he didn't seem to remember me during follow up appointments. Though post surgery the on-call PA was very responsive to my questions and concerns. Overall improvements could be made in the office as far as organization goes but for me results and safety were the most important factors and I feel those aspects are well accounted for with Dr Shah.
