Thrilled with my Rhinoplasty Results!!
A month ago I was lucky enough to have my rhinoplasty done by Dr. Alexander, and I am so incredibly pleased with the result!! I had been wanting a rhinoplasty for many years due to both breathing and aesthetic concerns, and like many others I looked up dozens and dozens of Doctors looking for the right fit. I had a great feeling right from the initial consultation that Dr. Alexander understood what I was asking for and knew the direction that we should go. When I went for my in-person consultation, I was further convinced that I had made the right choice - it was all about creating a result that would work for *my* face, and address *my* specific concerns, not about giving me a cookie cutter result.
The surgery went very well and afterwards I had very minimal bruising and swelling - overall a very easy recovery. The FACE team who worked with me on the day of the surgery were so helpful and lovely, and overall it was a wonderful clinic experience! When I went in for my cast removal a week later I wasn't sure what to expect, but when the cast came off and I looked in the mirror I was amazed - it was like my ideal nose had been taken off of a photograph and literally transposed onto my own face. I truly couldn't believe it! They honestly should have filmed my reaction.
Along with the rhinoplasty, Dr. Alexander performed a septoplasty and turbinate reduction to address my deviated septum and breathing issues. I went from constantly having to hold my nostrils open to get a deep breath through my nose and using breathe right strips all the time, to being able to breathe perfectly. For those who struggle with breathing issues, it truly can't be put into words how much of a difference this makes in your life. I feel incredibly privileged to have had this fixed.
In sum, Dr. Alexander and his entire team (especially Jonathan and Amanda who I worked with the most) were a joy to work with - always incredibly personable and professional, and very prompt in answering questions and concerns. My rhinoplasty has made such a positive difference in my life, and I would absolutely recommend Dr. Alexander to anyone looking for a plastic surgeon. The only regret I have about this experience is that I didn't do it sooner. To Dr. Alexander and team - thank you all so much!
