I selected Dr Elyassnia because it seemed like he had the expertise and was a genuinely caring person. He said my goals were relatively simple and any issues could be easily addressed with local. When he removed my splint I cried. He grossly misinterpreted my goals and they are not an easy fix. His after care has been dismissive and vague. He did not take any after shots because the result is appalling. I strongly recommend thinking twice before embarking on surgery. Ask him what rate of patients have walked away unhappy and why. What might be a slight imperfection on your face could become an irreversible botch you risk further surgeries, recovery time and cost - all which may take you further from a natural result.
