My nose looks better than I could have ever imagined for myself

Amazing Surgeon
WORTH IT
Duncan is a brilliant surgeon. Having consulted three of the top-rated nose surgeons on Doctify and Real Self, I really wanted Duncan to do my surgery because not only is he an expert on functionality, I felt he really understood people’s faces including symmetry and a real sense of what suits an individual's face. I had a hooked nose when I smiled and a deviation, both of which had started to bother me in recent years as I reached my mid-Forties. I'm pretty much aligned with all the positive reviews he has received online about consultations and approach. Being of South Asian heritage, he managed my expectations of recovery, bruising and swelling. Though, it turns out, I didn't really have much to worry about, which I think lends to his skill as a surgeon. I had a small bruise for a few days, a bit of cheek swelling for a couple of weeks, no pain whatsoever, a bit of nose throbbing for a couple of hours during the evening after-surgery (resolved with a paracetamol) and my nose was stuffy (not unbearably) for about four weeks. Two months on, the tip of my nose is a bit numb and I guess slightly swollen still, though I'm not really concerned as he said it's to be expected at this stage.
I watched all his videos, read the FAQs and followed the instructions closely, called the clinic a couple of times for a few specific questions around exercise and cleaning my nose. I also stuck to a good diet and went on several long walks to compensate for the no-exercise/sport period.
Most importantly, I'm breathing well, my nose is straight, and it looks better than I could have ever imagined for myself. I realise he's a scientist, but looking at my nose, he is also very much an artist. It's clear that he's really passionate about his work and the surgery outcome for his patients.
