thank you, will the scar minimalize over time? Is there anything that can be done to reduce it?
I'm not sure, I think it'll be lost in time but I liked this scar O.o
Good nose job!
Thank you...

Rebirth...
I had some problems about breathing and I had a bony nose.
All the doctors, I went for consult, suggested me to have a nose operation.
One of the biggest mistakes I made was to underestimate my surgery.
I wasn't complaining too much about the shape of my nose, but it was a big, bony nose though.
So I decided to have an operation with the doctor who examined me in Sisli Etfal State Hospital and told me that a surgery is a necessity.
Long story short, I had the operation.
But after the operation my nose was deformed and breathing problem had increased comparing with the previous situation. When I talked to the doctor again, he shared an information about their recommendation to most of the patients(nearly % 90 of them) to have a second operation after first one due to the success rate of them. So we clearly understand that their success rate is % 10.
This was a painful experience for me at all.
At the end of one year, I had come to the point of not breathing.
The reason behind why I started to my sentences with the word “rebirth” is, I owe my healthy breathing to my doctor Selcuk Inanl?. Because he guaranteed me this situation.
Let me tell you why I chose to do my second rhinoplasty with him.
After 1.5 years my condition became more painful, I was drowning even while drinking water. It was impossible for me to breathe from my nose and in that period I had completed the minimum time requirement to have a second operation.
The doctors whom I met in this process, thanks to their honesty, helped me to get contact with Dr.Selcuk INANLI.
Because the doctors told me that i wouldn’t have a straight nose with 100 percent. At least 3% and 5% of my nose would remain as trapezoid and my breathing would be improved by 60% -70%.
Also I can add this detail; one of the very famous doctors of my country offered to fix the problem with a synthetic piece to my nose. He was really convincing about that. Then I investigated it also and found out that these parts wouldn’t be accepted by the body. I found about the examples of pictures/videos and articles in the internet relating the wearing cartilage tissues which belong to others. Some doctors were using these methods. But i didn't have a third chance.
As a last step i talked to Selcuk Inanl?. I was about to cry with happiness while he was guarenteeing to me of a a healthy breath. He told me the process and the threshold of the pain from a to z, which I would experience before and after the surgery. And I did not see anything surprise except what he told.
My doctor suggested me 2 hospitals with high European standards.
On 5th March 2018, my surgery was performed and a cartilage tissue was taken from my ribs and added to my nose.
My doctor visited me before and after the surgery, the hospital staff were very polite and understanding. I spent a night there.
A week later, when the bumpers were removed out, there was a storm-like air intake/exit coming out of my nose even though my nose was still swollen. I think people who had this problem can really understand what I mean literally.
In the meantime, I live in Hong Kong since February. 25 days after the surgical operation, I made my 10-day trip to Japan with the bags on my back. The reason why I noted that even though my cartilage part of my ribs were gone, everything went so well that I had no trouble at all. Even after this trip, I had chance to visit some Asian Regions… Now, a year and two months has passed since the operation date and I'm taking my breath in a healthy way. I had no problem in this period and I am very happy with the shape of my nose.
Get well soon to everyone....
