My nose is so natural looking

My rhinoplasty experience with Dr. Zakhary was amazing and I would (and have) recommended her to anyone interested in rhinoplasty. I didn't know anyone who had a rhinoplasty done and wasn't sure how to find a good surgeon in my area. From google searches and reviews on here, I decided to book a consultation with Dr. Zakhary in January or February. She was so warm and friendly, and I really liked her commitment to natural results and how she was very realistic in our consultation. She asked me what I wanted to fix on my nose and she asked if I had any concerns about the tip of my nose, I said I don't think so but not sure and she said if it doesn't bother me she doesn't want to touch it! I had originally wanted another procedure as well which she advised she didn't think I needed, which meant a lot as I felt like she wasn't just trying to make money, she really cares. In our consultation she showed me other rhinoplasties she had done and I loved all of the results, based on those I was able to identify what I was imagining for myself. During our consultation I booked my surgery date for May, and the payment schedule was explained to me. I only met with her once before the actual surgery date, however, I'm sure she would've been available if i wanted another meeting. Her office staff gave me all the pre-op info I needed and I felt ready for surgery. Dr. Zakhary was very calming and reassuring on my surgery date, I honestly didn't feel nervous at all because I trusted her based on my consultation, her reviews, and photos she shared with me. The surgery was smooth even as my first time having any kind of surgery. Post-op she was available whenever I needed, but I had a good recovery and didn't need too much! My cast got loose after 1 week and she was able to fit me in right away to have a new cast applied. She prepared me well for this and the next I saw her was for cast removal! I was very prepared for surgery and the post op period, they gave me a list of everything I would need and explained the pre and post op instructions very well. I am almost 6 weeks post op now, and can say my experience has been as smooth as possible and I would 100% recommend choosing Dr. Zakhary. My nose is so natural looking, like she promised, and she fixed everything I had concerns about. It was hard for me to envision what I would look like with a new nose, but it is so natural I didn't have any adjustment period getting used to my new face, it really feels like the nose I just have always wanted! I travelled from Edmonton for this procedure as I felt so good about Dr. Zakhary. It's hard to choose a surgeon and trust reviews online but I am so grateful for Dr Zakhary and hope others can trust my review and choose her for their rhinoplasty! I know I relied on reviews that included before and afters, my after photos are immediately after cast removal (2 weeks post rhinoplasty).
