It has gone so well, with just the results I'd hoped

I have had such a great experience with Dr Alexandrides and the 111 Harley St. team.

My initial consultation was quick but thorough. Dr Alexandrides and his assistants - gave me all the details I needed, including costs and a simulation. They provided a comprehensive guide to the procedures and were happy to discuss any concerns or queries.

I was booked in quickly after my initial consultation - wanting to get my procedure underway before a summer holiday. There was absolutely no pressure - and after reading the reviews and meeting Dr Alexandrides I was more than happy to go ahead.

I met for a pre-operative assessment with the surgical nurse Zuzana, who was wonderful, and incredibly thorough.

She talked me through the more detailed aspects of the procedure and aftercare expected. I was given details of any additional requirements beforehand and the recovery process.

I had the procedure at the Cadogan clinic in partnership with 111 Harley St. - as an alternative to their main site. I couldn’t rate the team more highly on the day of my procedure at Cadogan.

I was actually fit in much earlier on the day (but with no pressure to attend earlier should it be inconvenient). I was seen immediately (and thoroughly) by the surgical nurse on duty.

Dr Alexandrides saw to me swiftly after- putting me at ease and making me feel most welcome - along with the rest of his team.

After the procedure the Cadogan clinic nurses and staff were the best I have ever experienced in hospital. They were incredibly attentive - whilst I was also made to feel I had complete privacy. After a short stay to stabilise, I was helped out of the hospital with all my aftercare. Noting I would be called the following day by a member of the Harley St. team, to touch base.

I could not recommend the Cadogan clinic more highly along with Dr Alexandrides' immediate team on the day of the surgery.

My recovery was quick - I never had any apprehensions about the procedure and on my first post operative appointment, again, Zuzana was incredibly thorough and a wonderful contact. Here, any initial sutures were removed and I was encouraged to get in contact should I have any concerns when arriving home.

Three months on - I met with Dr Alexandrides and he was incredibly kind, warm, and genuine - he seemed just as thrilled as me with the results.

I am so pleased I chose 111 Harley St. It is a once in a lifetime choice and I made the right one. It has gone so well, with just the results I'd hoped.
