I had my primary septorhinoplasty with Dr. Ufuk Düzenli in October 2025 at BHT Clinic Hospital in ?stanbul. My case involved a severely deviated septum that affected my breathing, so I wanted a doctor who specialized in both aesthetics and ENT.
From my first contact, Dr. Düzenli was professional, patient, and reassuring. He evaluated my nose carefully before quoting me, explained the process in detail, and offered realistic expectations. What stood out most to me was how genuinely he listened both during our WhatsApp video consultation and later in person.
On the day of surgery, my in-person consultation took place at his office. He examined my nose, created a simulation right there, and asked for my preferences. I told him I wanted a natural, balanced result that suited my face rather than a dramatic change. The simulation he created was exactly that refined yet natural. My husband and I both loved it.
His assistant and transportation team were well-organized, responsive, and kind. I arranged my own hotel, but the included transfers (airport, hospital, clinic, etc.) were seamless. On surgery day, both Dr. Düzenli and his assistant made me feel calm and safe. The hospital staff were caring and professional, and the whole process felt smooth from start to finish.
The surgery itself went very well. My husband was informed by Dr. Düzenli immediately afterward and shown the results, which were exactly like the simulation we had agreed on. The first week of recovery was mostly discomfort rather than pain, but I felt supported throughout by the doctor’s team.
At my one-week follow-up, Dr. Düzenli removed my cast, re-taped my nose, and provided clear aftercare instructions for the coming weeks. He continues to stay in touch with me throughout my healing and replies to updates promptly.
I’m now in my first month of recovery and very happy with how everything is progressing. My breathing has already improved, and the shape looks beautifully natural just as I hoped for, Ma?allah!
