Nose is still too long & big for my face, with a slight bump on it

ORIGINAL POST

Still upset about my nose after my surgery w Dr N

$4,125
I just wanted to write an honest review in hopes it will help other woman with making a decision. I had my primary Rhino with Dr. Nima and it is still too long and too big for my face with a slight bump on it. I hate it and have been looking for a revision Dr.
I recently reached out to Dr. Nima’s office to see if he would take responsibility and fix it. I told the receptionist Tracy that I wanted more of a curve and for it to be smaller (I was trying to tell them politely I hated it but they didn’t take the hint). I was then quoted a ridiculously high price for a revision. It was about $40k for revision, rib graft and otoplasty on one ear I inquired about. I was shocked when they gave me the $40k quote especially since I was one of his previous patients. After that experience I left a bad review on Yelp and let me tell you the Dr and his wife DID NOT like that. Dr. Nima’s wife monica immediately called me to try to get it taken down. I told them I would not and that maybe I’ll consider taking it down if the Dr corrects my nose. I was then accused of trying to blackmail them even though they were the ones to reach out to me. I told her to talk to the Dr. And let me know if he will fix it. Monica then called me back saying the Dr doesn’t want to operate on me again but they’ll refund me my copayment if I signed an NDA and took the review down. I looked the NDA over and realized how insane it was that Dr. Nima billed my insurance and me $20k for a rhinoplasty and then had the nerve to say he would only refund me a $4k copayment. Especially since that would not even come close to covering the cost to fix my nose. Therefore, I wrote Monica back stating I didn’t feel this was a resolution and that the only solution would be for them to pay for my revision at another place if they wouldn’t operate. Monica then went on to accuse me again of bullying, blackmailing and then indirectly threatening to sue me if I don’t remove the bad reviews. I never responded at that point.
Don’t waste your time with this Dr. He is not worth $20-$40k for a primary or revision surgery. There are plenty of other surgeons in Beverly Hills that will do a revision for $21k max.My nose turned out looking awful. Also, he is only nice until you voice your opinion. Then him and his wife get nasty.

We strive to be continually supportive with all of our patients' aesthetic goals, even long after their initial procedure. If a patient contacts us several years later preferring a different style, the patient is responsible for out of pocket costs of a revision surgery or any additional procedures requested. We take patient feedback seriously, and due to patient privacy laws we are limited by what can be shared publicly. All patients are welcome to contact us with any questions or concerns.
