How it works
- Our highly-trained Review Moderation team evaluates all reviews before they're published to ensure they're written by people like you and not a member of a doctor's office.
- This multi-step process takes up to 24 hours from review submission to publication.
- Doctors can't pay to have reviews removed or hidden.

Outcome
So I ended up with rhinoplasty, chin implant and some lipo. It was a pretty rough recovery.
I would have liked my nose to be even straighter from the side or event sloped but the doctor said my nose is naturally so thin that if he cut it down it would later collapse from having lost that top stability. I'm pleased with the change in the tip. I only about 3 months post op had full feeling in my whole nose, so be patient.
I'm actually most happy with my chin implant...the jaw line is so great. Sometimes I worry it's too long or too obvious but the line is such an improvement. I don't have 100% feeling yet and I have some little fibroid scar tissues bumps in the tip, but I hope they'll disappear one day. My face fat hasn't balanced out in the chin yet so some expressions do betray my fakeness occasionally. I did get the smallest one.
My lipo was seriously a hell recovery. I had to have a back seroma drained so often in the first two weeks but eventually after about two months of skintight 24/7 compression my huge seroma abated. I can feel all my skin again THANK GOD. I don't feel like the thigh lipo was as aggressive as it could have been.
Basically Dr Parinya is definitely a great option if you want to look "natural" and if you want to ensure you receive conservative care aimed at avoiding future problems.

Just an image of my nose currently, and…
Just an image of my nose currently, and noses I like the look of. :)
As you can see, I have a hump and then some interesting tip architecture. My firm cartilage actually goes all the way to the end of my nose, which is kind of neat, because everyone I currently live with has their cartilage end very soon/right at the end of the bone. They have very squishy noses.
From the photos I've been saving...it looks like I'm fond of slopes, right? Not sure if that would suit me. :)

Preparing for a big change!
After years of hating & trying to ignore and get over my humped nose I have finally saved & booked to have surgery! I've spent the last year and a half looking into surgery in various countries, with various hospitals and clinics, with various doctors, through various cosmetic tourism providers/organisers. Some have been helpful but kinda cagey about their clinics and prices.... Some have been downright rude in response to basic questions and concerns!
The one I am currently dealing with (and have finally booked with!) have been lovely, professional, and very transparent. They have a good name among people who've spoken to their other patients (and been jealous!) and they also have endorsements from some pretty well-known people, even from my country.
What has really been holding me back prior has been costs - in my country I'm looking at $12k for a basic rhino probably just the hump removal. Plus, after a couple of years of looking into it, I don't think that our surgeons get to work out on many noses to be good enough, honestly.
My main goal is to finally get a nice looking profile. So hump removal! Anything else is a bonus. I've included some images of my nose currently, and some noses that are just nice to look at. I'm pretty open as to my result slopewise - I've seen sloped noses I like and straight noses I like.
I've also booked chin augmentation to balance out my profile and am still looking into some lipo contouring. I will start reviews for these other surgeries when confirmed.
I've already booked and paid for flights and some accommodation. Now to confirm the last surgery (as to whether I'm even having it...) before paying my balance and that's it for $$$ (finally) beyond shopping and some food.
