Pimple Like Bump on the Inner Nostril of Nose 3 Months After Surgery

WORTH IT
Hello, I had rhinoplasty in Istanbul 3 months ago. I am happy with the results for the most part. I do see a bump on my inner side of nostril. Please check pictures cause it's hard to explain. I kinda had this since surgery and I didn't really pay much attention cause of swelling. But after 3 months I thought it was kinda go away. When I press that area it feels like there is a fresh pimple inside, it hurts a little. My doctor did say to massage my nose fore next few months.

I am not in Turkey anymore hence can't really ask doctor. I was hoping anyone know what his is. Will this pimple like bump go away? Is there something I can do? I am sure that a pimple like bump that hurts is not a permanent thing.

Spitting inner suture? See a dermatologist. It's common about this time after surgery.
That's it!! Thanks so much. I tried googling forever and couldn't find anything on it. Unfortunately, I'm on vacation for few weeks. Any idea if this will go away on it's own? If yes, how long usually? If not, do I need to do surgery or use some medication?
Thanks in advance.
Not in the same place, but I had the same thing and it's just a surfacing deep suture :) I was advised by the nurses at my clinic to just leave it alone and gently massage the surrounding area. After a few weeks the suture broke the surface, it was tender for a little while, but it's gone away on its own!
Thanks for sharing!! Quick question, did that skin area separate and fall off OR it just slowly decreased in size and became normal?
It just decreased in size! Once the suture broke the surface it was a lot less tender to touch. It did take maybe 2 or 3 weeks for my suture to fully work itself out, but everyone is different!
