It looks even, beautiful, and best of all, like I was born with this nose!

I just had my follow-up with Dr. Nima after almost a full year of surgery and I am SO pleased. The results are even, natural, and I feel so beautiful and hpapy with everything that was done! There's been a little more progress as far as my nose just settling and swelling gradually decreasing. I can't speak highly enough of Dr. Nima and the team, and I'm so thrilled with my results. Dr. Nima is FANTASTIC! I cannot express enough how grateful I am and how happy I am with my results. I broke my nose when I was about eight, and grew up with a crooked and off-centered bridge and a slightly bulbous tip. I knew I didn't like my nose but never felt like correcting would be an affordable option, and plastic surgery seemed daunting. I'm so happy to say I got a corrective septoplasty/rhinoplasty almost a year ago, and it changed my entire face. From the first time I got in the office to my final follow-ups, I had the best possible experience. My first consultation was easy and comfortable. The entire team is so friendly, caring, and makes you immediately feel at ease, even while making a big decision. I had one other consultation and met with another doctors after seeing tons online, but Dr. Nima was a standout from the beginning. All of my visits before surgery were thorough and his background is impeccable. We chatted, I described what I wanted, Dr. Nima looked at my nose and discussed possible approaches and results. I was able to make clear what I did and didn't want, and he made a perfect digital mockup of what I could expect. I felt VERY confident about what to expect going into surgery and sure that I would get exactly the results I was hoping for. I also felt like I could address any of my concerns at any time up until the moment I went under, and always get a kind, thoughtful answer.
They worked with me financially to make the best possible plan, and I can't stress enough how worth it the procedure has been in my life! Of course I was nervous for surgery, but the team made sure it was as painless, streamlined, and calm as possible. I had plenty of arnica and supplies and a lot of care. The nursing staff was fantastic, the facilities were beautiful, and I was under for the surgery with no issue. My boyfriend took me home and did my aftercare, and Dr. Nima's office gave him plenty of instruction. Dr. Nima regularly checked in via text as I healed, and always made me feel comfortable asking questions at any time during the process. The first two days were tough, and the swelling seemed intense but my pain was really minimal for the entire experience. Aftercare was straightforward. Waiting for the cast to come off was the hardest part!
My nose damage was a little complicated, since the straight bones were essentially broken into almost an "s" shape. I wasn't sure an ENT surgeon would be able to do the delicate work that Dr. Nima did - he flawlessly and very carefully reconstructed the damaged bones internally, and rebuilt a beautiful, slightly sloping, very natural and feminine profile on the outside. It looks even, beautiful, and best of all, like I was born with this nose! I feel like the best version of myself - a better version I always thought I looked like. Dr. Nima is an artist, and I felt so taken care of by Shannon, Annabelle, and everyone at the office. They went above and beyond at every step to be sure I felt great.
