Patient Cordinator - Always was so helpful professional

My name is Danilo and i had a rhinoplasty at vanity on the 13th of April and I wasn't very happy on how they discharged me from the clinic and the way the sales cordinator handled the situation .
Thankfully there is Gizem yilmaz who is my patient cordinator and absolutely turned the experience around going beyond and behind. I've contacted her several times on out of hours service and she always was so helpful professional and she answered so quickly all the time at any time which is amazing and shows how committed she is .
