Dr. Alexander and his team are truly phenomenal. They are professional, warm, and extremely skilled. I am particularly impressed with Dr. Alexander’s surgical skills and insight as a physician. I travelled to Canada just for my rhinoplasty surgery with Dr. Alexander even though I had many excellent options locally in the US. This is the type of surgeon that stays connected to his patients and does not abandon them when the outcome is different or complications arise. Dr. Alexander is also highly experienced in ethnic rhinoplasty and truly crafts a nose that a patient could have been born with, while still offering the major transformation patients seek through surgery.
