After 1 year of research I finally found a doctor who lived up to my demands: dr. Omer Faik Sagun in Istanbul, turkey. I traveled all the way from Denmark to turkey, and it was worth it.
This surgery was my first ever - and everything went well - my nose looks good and no problems with my breathing . I was in Istanbul for 8 days. The first day I meet with him at his office, where we talked for a while, so my nose could be as I wanted it to be, and later same day I got my surgery. I'm not Turkish, but both the staff and doctor could speak English - not 100% perfect, but we didn't have any problems understanding each other.
At the hospital (Acibadem) was nice and modern, and they provided food and ice. I was at the hospital for 1 day. My Room was great too with a tv, bed, sofa and a big bathroom. The only thing I have to say, that was I bit annoying that I didn't have the same nurse, there was like 10 nurses coming and going. Sometimes they asked the same questions. Otherwise they were very kind.
I'm going to be honest with you - this process has been so mentally hard - it have been so difficult to be patience.
The first 2 days post.op I had a bad headache, and the first 5 days my face was very swollen - but I was lucky I didn't have bad bruises, only my eyes were a little red.
After 3. Day, I was able to go shopping and explore beautiful Istanbul. The 8th day I got my cast off and I got new plaster on. Afterward Traveled back to Denmark.
The First months after surgery I was sad, because one of my alar looked retracted (32 days post.op), but luckily now, after 4 months post.op, it has become MUCH better - as you also can see in the photos. With every day that passes the nose becomes more beautiful. I love to take pictures every month to see the process.
Every time I had a concern, I could write to dr. Sagun, and within 5 hours I had an answer from him. He, his assistants and wife have been very nice to my, and have always helped me and checked up on me before and after surgery.

You look great! Is his average pricing around $2000? I'm live in USA and I got a way higher price compared to your cost of $2200

His prices have increased since, but I got I special price for some of my friends (about 2600 dollars)
