Wouldn’t recommend for rhinoplasty - my nose is very noticeably wonky

Surgery date was 8th November 2021
I paid around 2k-3k for the surgery only (medication,hotel, transfer etc not included)
I had no prior consultation just sent pictures over WhatsApp of my nose to his assistant.
I arrived at the hospital for 6am, got checked into my hospital room and cannulated.
Dr Mustafa came by to introduce himself with his nurse, we were only chatting for 5mins luckily I printed off inspiration pictures of what I wanted which he didn’t take with him we left it in my room lol. I then signed all the documents and then went into surgery.
He came by after my surgery to check on me then left. I never saw him again after that. They let me leave the hospital after around 2/3 hours of surgery.
After around 5days I had to go into his office / clinic to get the splints out of my nose I was waiting over an hour for this with several of his other patients, then his nurse who is very rude and cold took out the splints from my nose she did this very aggressively and showed no sympathy, she was rushing this and not taking care of what she was doing, after that I paid 115£ for some nose shapers that I didn’t get told about prior.
The impression you get prior to getting the surgery is that you have all these consultations in his office with him before the surgery with him and electronic, showing you before and after of your nose and even on the day of surgery he shows him with an iPad with his patients showing them pictures do what they want, that’s all fake and for show this never happened with me I saw him for a total of 30mins the whole process. I also had no bloods or tests done prior to the surgery only signed forms.
It’s been a year and a half and my nose is very noticeably wonky and when I messaged his assistant regarding this they kept telling me to wait and use the nose shapers and massage but it’s obvious the damage is done.
The side profile isn’t too bad apart from the tip is a bit larger than I would prefer , but the front of my nose is larger than it started with and one side is wonky.
