I Hate How my Nose Looks After a Rhinoplasty

I had my Rhinoplasty- alarplasty 5 weeks ago.. my problem is with the scar .. it’s not like a discoloration it looks more like a cut where makeup actually get inside of it and it still shows as black little gap.. is there is a treatment for that scar? Will it disappear?

I’m applying the gel but honestly there is no difference

I had a tiny pump on my nose and I got a rhinoplasty. The doctor told me he will make everything smaller the side bones and the bridge of the nose and he will fix the pump on the side, but he will not lift the nose up… I got the cast removed today and I absolutely hate my nose!
it’s too lifted up And I feel like the nostrils are too big and similar to Michael Jackson nose.. the space between my lips and my nose got much bigger although he did not cut any skin.
Is it normal for the nose to be lifted up in the beginning? and how long should I wait before it to start going down? I’m freaking out and I’m crying and I can’t even leave my room and he told me to wait a month or so and this looks so good and so natural and I just can’t say that I believe that.. I feel like what I had before was much better, and I absolutely regret it.
