Not for Noses

I have held off on writing a review bc Dr Bustillo is a very nice person and I hate to leave a bad review. But I am getting ready to have a revision rhinoplasty bc my nose is literally falling apart after the surgery he performed on me 8 years ago. I went in for a small dorsal hump and slight tip refinement. What I got was a completely different nose that looks incredibly fake. He literally did the exact opposite of what I asked him to do. I specifically asked him not to carve out the sides...I like when noses blend into the face, I didn’t want a sharp looking nose. He carved out the sides so much that I have to have cartilage grafts put in to make it look normal again. The tip of my nose is pinched, one nostril is bigger than the other, and one side of the tip has a dent. When I lay on my side, my nose falls over, it has no support. And the hump that I wanted gone? Still there! He took hardly anything off the bump and carved out the sides of my nose when I didn’t need it. People who never even saw my old nose can tell I’ve had a nose job. It looks like a witch nose in pictures. I’m terrified to get my nose done again, but I don’t want to look fake anymore. I hope the damage can be undone :(
