Nose is Not Symmetrical and Lost Sense of Smell

First appointment he seemed like he knew his stuff. But over the years he seemed more busy, tired and foggy minded. So my nose was lopsided as soon as the bandages came off. The bones felt unsymmetrical and I had 3 weird fleshy bumps at the tip. He offered a free revision rhinoplasty to remove the bumps, and advised brining my nostrils inward. I agreed and came back 1 year post op. Before the revision procedure he only talked about my nostrils so I had to remind him I wanted the bumps gone but he ended up only removing 2 of the 3 bumps. At my post op check up he, and the nurses, thought my nose looked good. I can't believe he can't see how lopsided this looks! I also lost my sense of smell for 3 years and I told him about it and he brushed it off as "it must be allergies" and "can you at least breath through your nose". I don't recommend. Find a doctor that gives you a natural and functioning nose.

My experience has been crushingly similar to your’s, from this doctor, minus affecting the sense of smell. I have the same indent on the outer wall of my nostril, where they are blatantly different. Both sides of not only my tip, but my bridge, are very different. The office will always say it looks good, even when it doesn’t. They did at my check up too. My bridge was so far over to one side, I expressed concerns directly after my surgery that my cast tilted to one side. They brushed it off. It ended up being exactly how my bridge turned out.
My cast was lopsided too when he did my rhinoplasty and when it came off my bones were crooked, pushed over to one side and huge dent in one side. It was upturned and scooped too and looked so unnatural. Worst experience ever, I got a revision done after a few years
A revision done with a different doctor I mean
I also have the same nostril issue, where besides the outer indent, the top of one nostril is lower than the other.
