WORTH IT
These are my before and after pictures. My before pictures are from 2 days before my surgery and my after pictures are 6+ months post surgery My nose went from crooked to cute, but still natural. I’m really happy with the outcome!

Some extra details, that I didn’t post in my first update of this review. My surgery was 2.8k. I had a crooked nose and asked for a upturned look, which I definitely got. I continued taping for 6 months after my surgery, way longer than adviced but I wanted to make sure I kept the upturned curve. I have no scar because they operated me through my nostrils. I stayed 10 days in Istanbul at a hotel 15 mins from their clinic. They have a driver that picks you up and brings you back. The first day after surgery you stay in a very luxurious hospital. I had to wear a splint for 7 days and I had plastic tubes in my nostrils. They recommend to wear tape for 2 more days after everything is removed(which I continued way longer). My Rhinoplasty/nose Feminization Surgery in Turkey/Istanbul
I found Dr. Metin Kerem through Realself. I’m very pleased that I did research on him and that I chose his clinic.
When I contacted them a very sweet lady named Ferve helped me. She was such a warm, bubbly and kind person. She made sure I knew everything on time, was always there for me and even contacted me months after my surgery. She felt like a supporting friend and I would definitely visit her if I lived in Turkey.
Their whole team is super professional and really kind. I’ve had many plastic surgeries over the years and this was probably the best experience. I felt so welcomed and at home.
They took care of everything. I got picked up from my hotel to appointments at the clinic, the hospital and back to my hotel. I honestly had a very good time and I will probably go back to Turkey someday just to say hi! :-)
Metin was really kind as well and he worked with 2 other doctors as a team. Burak and Fatos. They were all very relaxed and took my wishes seriously. At the same time they adviced me what would look good on my face. They weren’t cold like other surgeons but felt like friends I knew for a long time and that I could trust.
Recovery was a little bit tough for the first 4-5 days, but after 1 week you’re fine. It’s not really extremely painful, more annoying and sore. Also, the hospital I stayed at after surgery was very chique and they constantly checked up on me. I recommend them 100%. It made the whole experience so much easier.
I’m very happy with my results and I finally feel confident looking at my nose. I can’t thank them enough!
