2 years post op - no change at all.

Dr Kashyap has a great bedside manner and would make for a wonderful physician. However as a surgeon I do not recommend his expertise or lack thereof. I underwent an eyebrow lift and a nose tip surgery. I understand subtle change where u don’t want a deer in headlights look but this was absolutely no change at all. All that money and pain for nothing. As for nose tip , yes the width of my nose is only slightly reduced but it’s way more crooked than before and my columella is droopy now from the side angle which wasn’t the case before. As for scarring from sutures I thought it might be taking longer in my case but the scars to this day are like I went to a cobbler. ( due respect but it really feels that way ).
Above all my breathing is affected so much because my one nostril is forever blocked and I have started to snore since the surgery.I waited two years to write this hoping everything will resolve itself but it still hasn’t and I am just going to live with this hopeless result.
I went back to him a couple of times to bring up the issues but the entire team was only too dismissive of anything I said. I just gave up.
Seeing the attached photos I d love for anyone to tell me if there’s any difference unless you scrutinise microscopically if at all. In fact a friend who had no idea of my procedure recently commented why my nose was looking crooked as she had never noticed that to be the case. Then figured it out by my scarring.
Luckily my peer group are all dim of the sight so I v gotten away with it and those not so close are not going to say anything.
All in all a sore experience.

After my review here Dr. Kashyap invited me back to his clinic took some pictures and said we could review and see if some small fixes could be done or some major revisions would be necessary. I told him very specifically what I could live with and what bothered me. After this visit I received on WhatsApp, juxtaposed, my no makeup before and with makeup after (the pictures taken on that day ). I reiterated that I still thought exactly what I shared with him. And after much waiting I received a reply from his office that Dr Kashyap had already suggested resolutions and I had declined to do anything. So basically our conversation was conveniently perceived as him having done his part and me having declined his suggestions. At no point I said I didn’t want to do anything. I explicitly said what I could live with n what continued to bother me. I replied as such to him and heard nothing back. I am not sure what was the purpose of calling me back if not to add insult to injury. Incidentally my daughter ( who too after unsatisfactory work with Dr Kashyap )went for revision rhinoplasty in another country. After witnessing her recent experience, the contrast is shocking. The facility, the quality of work, the professionalism, the after care the results, everything was another level and the cost not much more than Dr Kashyap’s. I am surprised that Dr Kashyap is even considered qualified for rhinoplasty. As it stands I live with nasal congestion, breathing snoring issues and crooked tip and cobbler like suture scars around my nose and for the brow lift total waste of money and now permanent feeling of tightness on my hairline . Please don’t anyone let this ‘carry on doctor’ come close to your face. I had been polite and holding myself back in my previous review but no more!
