So happy - the results turned out better than I imagined

I’m currently 5 months post opp and I wanted to take an opportunity to make a review on my rhinoplasty performed by Dr.Shifrin. I first consulted the doctor to express my desires to remove my nasal hump and to just make my nose look more aesthetically pleasing. He listened to what I wanted and further educated me on how he’s gonna make my nose look better apart from just removing the hump. One thing I would like to add is that this doctor has never left me with questions or concerns. He makes sure by the end of my consultation that I feel comfortable and knowledgeable about my procedure. Even before surgery he made sure once again that I feel good on continuing on with the procedure and asked if I had any last questions before he worked on me. The two surgical experiences that I’ve had at his office with staff has always been positive. The facility is clean, the staff are very kind, and the results are amazing!

After my surgery, I was in a cast at first and I believe that was on for a week. I honestly didn’t feel much pain and was able to recover without meds. The surgery was an open rhinoplasty and my nose was broken. But there wasn’t much bruising under my eyes. When the cast did come off, I almost immediately got stuffed up for some time and my nose started to appear as if it was devolving some bumps and dips. I’ve done research on this procedure and I was also made aware that my results wouldn’t be final till a year post procedure. All that eventually smoothed out. And I am not even half way through the healing and I’m absolutely crazy and in love with my nose! He did everything that he said he could and left me awestruck with how beautiful, natural, and suiting my nose looks. The results turned out better than I imagined. I’m so happy!
