Treatment: Rhinoplasty (silicone bridge, cartilage tip with rib support, osteotomy) and full facial fat grafting.
Practice: Easy to locate in Gangnam near a train station. The office was modern, clean, and elegant. Staff were friendly.
Doctor: Thorough during consultation. I felt he knew how to shape my nose without over-explaining and truly understood natural aesthetics and anatomy, which is exactly what I wanted for the best results.
Results: One month post-op and very happy with my rhinoplasty so far. It already looks natural, balanced, and exactly what I wanted.
Fat grafting was a harder recovery with much more swelling and a temporary facial dysmorphia phase from weeks 1 to 4. Now at four weeks I’m starting to look like myself again, just softer and refreshed.
Ratings:
Nose: 9.5 to 10/10
Fat graft: too early for final rating, but preliminary 8.5/10
**There was some language barrier even with a translator, but overall acceptable.
