Nose fits my face so well and I am so happy with the way that it turned out

Hi everyone, thanks for your lovely comments. I had a couple questions about the cost so I wanted to address it. I paid just under $14000, $13800 was the final cost. And I was able to pay it by splitting it in a couple payments. You have to pay the full amount before the date of surgery. The cost depends on Dr. Zachary’s evaluation and then the hospital as it is a private hospital where the operation takes place. The cost also depends on how long it takes for you to recover post-op (post anesthesia). You can go home right after the surgery. The cost covers an initial consultation and all visits.

My experience with Dr. Zachary was a very positive one. I had a rhinoplasty with Dr. Zachary in February 2022. From the first contact with Dr. Zachary's office to follow-up appointments after my surgery, everything flowed smoothly and I felt like I was truly taken care of as a patient. My favourite thing about my rhinoplasty was that Dr. Zachary didn't do the fake noses that every plastic surgeon does, Dr. Zachary creates a nose that is natural and fitting to your face so that it does not look like you even had surgery. In my case, my nose fits my face so well and I am so happy with the way that it turned out. The surgery process was very smooth and my recovery was surprisingly well. The first couple of days after the surgery it was a bit uncomfortable, but I honestly expected worse! The "pain", if you can even call it pain, felt like slight pressure on the bridge of your nose. I healed very quickly and got my cast off after 2 weeks. Dr. Zachary was very catering during this process and made sure that I constantly felt comfortable and okay with everything that was happening. I also had a piece taken out from the back of my head to reconstruct the nose, and that healed very quickly as well and the stitches fell off 2 weeks after the surgery. Another reason why I chose Dr. Zachary is that there is no external scarring with the method she uses and she does not lift the nose (as seen in YouTube videos of other surgeons)! I especially liked this because I've seen external scarring on other individuals and it leaves a mark. My nose has stitches on the inside, but they are not visible and they come out after 6-8 weeks. I am very happy with my nose and I am so happy that I chose Dr. Zachary as my surgeon. Something to keep in mind is that with the best, comes a price, but I honestly do not regret anything at all! My nose is still a little bit swollen, but that is expected, and it has been a couple of months after surgery. I am able to breathe normally again, and everything is back to normal! Attached are pictures of my nose before, and after (2 weeks after surgery and 4 weeks after surgery). I took weeks searching for the right surgeon, and I am more than glad to have chosen Dr. Zachary, I wouldn't have done it any other way! I highly recommend Dr. Zachary!
