3 Months After Rhinoplastic UPDATE
WORTH IT
Hey guys,
I wanted to give you a little update on my nose now after 3 months. :)
I think now 3 months later you can definitely see a change & I even get asked more often about my nose like “is it real or done? It looks so beautiful”
and that even though I’m still in the healing process, that makes me so happy and I’m so happy about it because it confirms what a great result I already have. ????
I haven’t had a single negative comment from ANYONE so far, that reassures me a lot.
I’m also fully back into fitness again, like before I work out 5x a week in the gym and on the treadmill, I don’t notice my nose there at all and my breathing doesn’t limit me at all. The only thing is that maybe after a lot of endurance it swells a bit in the evening, but that’s also getting less and less, I didn’t do any sport at all for the first 5 weeks and I consciously took that time.
I definitely feel more confident even though sometimes I still feel very “different looking” in the mirror, do you guys have that too? does that go away?
When I go out now with nice make up and my already super beautiful nose, I’m just really happy and confident, I wish that for everyone who undergoes such a surgery.
When did you start working out again and did you still have limitations after 3 months with sports or also with breathing?
I also still tape every night and wear my retainer, do you guys still do that after 3 months? I think it makes sense for the best possible result after full healing.
I also think you can see a clear difference between the pictures from week 2 and now after 3 months, if there’s anyone here whose nose is already fully healed: will my nose still go down in swelling noticeably? What can be done so that the tip of the nose goes down in swelling?
If you have any questions for me feel free to ask, I’m happy to answer! :)
Best regards,
Maria
