I Am Forever Appreciative of Dr. Zakhary

My experience with Dr. Zakhary was nothing short of amazing and went beyond my expectations. As someone who went in quite nervous and skeptical of this surgery, Dr. Zakhary guided me every step of the way and made me feel much more comfortable. From the first consultation, to the day of my surgery, to our check in visits months post op, Dr. Zakhary told me everything I could expect and the exact steps to get me to my final result. While I knew that it would take roughly a year to see the final results of my nose, I am already in awe of the outcome and can't imagine it getting better than it already is now, being almost three months post op. The surgery itself was seamless and I went in feeling very prepared and confident. While I was still nervous considering I had never had a proper surgery before, I felt immediately calm when Dr. Zakhary came in and reassured and guided me up until I fell asleep in the operating room. The recovery itself consisted of two weeks on bed rest with minimal pain and discomfort whatsoever. I was given specific instructions to expedite the recovery process and they worked extremely well in helping me achieve a healthy come back after the surgery. The maintenance for my nose now and for the next year is very low and easy to adopt into my daily routine. The most challenging part of the entire process was the two weeks on bedrest as I am someone who enjoys going out and being productive with my day. However, this time went by very rapidly and looking back, I would do it 100 times over considering the results and confidence I have now. For a life without insecurity and breathing problems, the small hurdles to get there are without a doubt, worth it. I am very grateful for Dr. Zakhary's incredible skill and her nurturing and eccentric persona and I always look forward to our appointments as they are enjoyable every time. I recommend her to anyone looking to get nose surgery as she will never dissapoint.
