Couldn't Be Happier with my Experience and Outcome!
WORTH IT
First I want to preface this by saying I've wanted a rhinoplasty for at least a decade (being a teen is hard!), so I had researched a lot about the procedure before looking into a surgeon. I jumped forward to about 2/3 years ago and finally started my search-literally going through dozens of surgeons' results and reviews to see if I jelled with them. At some point, I came across Dr Chana's work and very quickly decided he was at the top of my top 3!
The issues I had with my nose were that it was big and long and that the bump made me very self-conscious about my profile. During my consultation with Dr Chana, he listened to my issues and offered me solutions in a way that my eyes hadn't seen- then and there suggesting what he could do to alter the appearance of my nose whilst taking into account my other features in order to keep everything harmonious. I knew then that I really wanted him to do this for me!
The day of the operation went so smoothly, and everything leading up to and after that was completely taken care of by Dr Chana's team! I felt safe going into the procedure knowing what to expect, and upon being discharged I knew my medication regimens and all of the care I would need to do to make my recovery as easy as possible.
As it turns out- I was in very little pain afterwards, and only took paracetamol on the first 2 days and then whenever I was sore thereafter - and even then it was mostly from my sore throat from being intubated! I had no bruising after too, and I think this is all due to Dr Chana performing a 'Piezo-Plasty'.
Checkups were arranged for me and I felt like Dr Chana's staff have been incredibly informative before, during and after my treatment, and 7 months after surgery I still feel like I can message them if I needed to.
Overall, I absolutely love my result!!! It's so natural, and looks like a better version of the nose I was born with! My family say the same thing and are really impressed by how much it unintentionally now looks more like my dad's (Hah!). If I'm being honest I've never really seen a nose that looked like mine, so I didn't really have any real idea of what it could look like after, so it's been an incredibly exciting journey healing so far! At the month mark, I was already in love with my result, so a few months gone it just got better and better! Honestly, this has been the best decision of my life so far and I'm so glad I chose Dr Chana for this surgery - I couldn't imagine a better outcome, huge Huge thank you!!
