Good i guess

I've chose dr. Suleyman because of his high review and because of the nice work he publish on instagram, i saw very beautiful results and i dreamed to get a beautiful result too but unfortunately i didn't!
My story began when i decided to undergo a second rhinoplasty, i got the first one in 2017, then i had a very wide dorsum and i wished i could get rid of it, for that i underwent a rhinoplasty only asking for a thinner dorsum, but sadly i didn't think that a thinner dorsum needs a thinner tip in order to be proportional, so i was left with a very big droopy tip, my surgeon also didn't warn me of this so the whole surgery was a fail for me and i felts very disappointed, since then i was thinking of getting another surgery but i wasn't able from a financial wise and also physiological wise, but this time i made my research as it should be, i learned everything about rhinoplasty and aslo i watched thousands of videos and other people experiences, i chose turkey because i wouldn't risk my nose again in my country, i saw beautiful results from turkish doctor then i decided i will go for it, i consulted ten of doctors with different prices and different skills, many of them asked me to come, and i almost signed for one, i made a reservation for a plane ticket, then i saw dr suleyman page on Instagram, i saw his results and i thought he is the one, i messaged his page then i got a reply after sending photos and a video telling me that dr suleyman accepted to do the surgery for me, i was more than happy because i'll finally get a miracle, a slimmer nose like those people on Instagram, then i felt i'm lucky again because he was available on the dates suited me, they asked me to pay a 600 dollar to secure the date, then they gave me instructions how to prepare my skin before the surgery and this was very professional and caring, i felt so much safe because they cared about the little details, then 10 days before the surgery i made a bank transfer of the whole amount which 12000- 600 dollar for my case, since i was going to get a revision rhinoplasty and my case i difficult, i was told i'm having oily, thick skin.
Then i get to istanbul, a day before the surgery we did the consultation, i made it clear i want to have a thinner nose, then i saw dr suleyman who was very nice and gentle, the consultation took almost 3 hours, they also recommend a laser treatment that costed 300 dollar that i got.
They made me sign 1000000 paper on all the risks and everything you could imagine, but i have to say the staff was nice and welcoming, after that i went to the hospital were i waited for an hour, i met the anesthesiologist and then they took my blood test. After that the day of the surgery, mine was at 14:00, i asked to be there at 12:00 i waited 1 hour till i get my room, the room was amazing and very comfortable, there were more paper to sign, then the surgery! I woke up with a cast on, first it was hard to breath but i didn't feel much of pain, i slept one night, the nurses at the hospital were great especially one nurse that helped me with everything, she was more than awesome, next day i left the hospital with a very pleasant feeling, the doctor didn't come to visit but a nurse that hardly spoke any english, he cleaned my nose then they gave me the medication which costed 80 turkish lira. Then i was discharged, they asked me to come the day after but i was really tired and since the day after the after was monday i visited the clinic on Tuesday, they gave me devices for massage with the instruction and i went to the hotel, i didn't get any bruises and a slight swelling of my eyes that went down quickly, i was amazed by dr suleyman skills. on the 6th day i went back to the clinic to remove the tampons, it was the day i'm going back home, the asked me to keep the cast more few days. Then i asked to talk to dr suleyman that agreed, i asked him about the results and he said i got a very nice results but the said they cannot show me pictures after the surgery. I waited patiently to remove the cast, on the 9th day i removed the cast and i was confused about the result because i though something was changed but the tip was looked the same (almost the same), of course there is swelling so i decided to wait, i had a video call with very specific instruction, it gave me a very good feeling that they care about their patients, but as i'm taking pictures of my nose i don't see any difference, even when my family saw me they wouldn't say i got any surgery, they didn't notice any change !
Now it is only 2 weeks after the surgery and maybe it is the swelling, even that i got a very nice experience the results were less, i just want to say that some people get nice results and a a very changing results and this is true but this doesn't mean that everybody can get the same results, the Instagram pictures are for those who got a satisfying results and i don't think all the cases were published, i paid almost all what i saved for the last two years to get a very minimal change.
