I got nose surgery a year ago here and I have the same bump... not sure what it is and mostly see it only from one side. Wasn’t sure if I should go in for follow up?!
So weird! I don't mind it but definitely noticeable in my opinion

I messaged you - and you can check his reviews on here - one under "lowest rating "- mentions the bump ...as well as a negative experience.
despite all your made up stories about this doctor i am still considering dr katez to do my nose !! and if i were him i would sue you for defamation ! you are scaring his patients away by an nonexistent review & pictures of your nose "experience " !!! this is really unfair for us as patients trying i make up our mind about him and for him as doctor who has a very good reputation that he worked hard to build it up !!!
please do not listen i her ! am considering dr kates too . i do not buy what he says and i think it's unfair for us and for the doctor to have somebody scaring away patients with nonexistent review !!!
You are free to use whatever surgeon you wish- this forum is to share personal experiences- of which mine is true. If you don’t want to know about my experience, then why message me privately- some people have good experiences, and some people have bad experiences- this forum is to share those for people seeking information. Why would anyone post a negative review unless their experience was negative - there would be no point.

Hello, I had my nose surgery done by him a year ago and I have the same bump, its especially prominent on one side. I never went in for a follow-up, they never scheduled me one. Maybe I should now, it's quite prominent but not sure what they can do...
Yes i feel like mine is more noticeable too :/ honestly the only thing that could fix that would be another surgery
I know and i don't want that eeks! My nose actually looks very much like yours, I wanted it natural. I think the hump is common with closed surgeries, some days it really bugs me other days it's fine
Yeah def not paying another 8-10k lol it should've been done right the first time! Now it just looks like a smaller version of my old nose haha

Tiny bump

I still love my nose, especially because it looked so much worse before surgery lol. But i noticed as the swelling went down my nose became less straight from the side (small bump) I’ve seen a previous review that said the same thing happened to them but eventually went away? I am posting a picture of my side profile 1 month post op so you can see how straight the side was vs how it looks now 2 months post op.

I agree, can you please post a picture of the front? Did your sutures dissolve and if so how long after did they dissolve? Mine are still in and my last nostril is bothering me. I also notice that my nose runs here and there. Has that happened to you?? I feel like my nose is the same from the front and I hate it. My profile is better than before but it looks more like a swoop. Your profile is wonderful. Glad you are loving your nose.
Did Katz do your surgery?
I will post a picture! And yes for me the sutures took a while to dissolve. Honestly probably a good two months. One nostril took longer to heal. My nose didn't run! When I went to my consultation I told Katz that I wanted to fix my side profile because i didn't mind my front as much.

He did mine too- and I feel exactly like you do. He seems to scoop the profile, but cannot improve a tip or refine them.
Im almost 6 months post op and I have the same issue. I have a hump and this weird bump on my left side thats super noticeable. I spoke to another surgeon regarding revision or botox injection or fix it. My side profile is completely different from each side. My nose still looks big and ugly. Its kinda embarrassing like people seen you with the cast and and stitches and etc and the final results are ugly and my tip is little down. Wish I would of read more reviews before getting my nose down. They said it would get better with time but mine hasn't sadly. There are people on here attacking us for leaving an honest review its sad.
Me too!! I feel like my nose looks different from each side. Bump is still very visible and I'm hitting my 1 year in a few days

Love my Nose

I had a great experience with Dr. Katz. During the consultation we had a thorough conversation about what i wanted and what he could accomplish. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. Surgery was quick and easy. The only uncomfortable part was trying to sleep the very first night (sleeping with mouth open). I love my nose and I’m only 2 weeks post op! I will post more pictures as time goes on.
