Disappointed, minimal results after rhinoplasty & lobuloplasty 2 months ago

I had rhinoplasty and lobuloplasty. Surgery date Jan 4 2023. Afterward I noticed only minimal improvement in the way my nose looked and almost no improvement after lobuloplasty in the way my ears looked. If he would allow the patients to give more input during the consultation he would maybe have done a better job. I plan to find another surgeon to do further work. Allow your patient’s to talk and don’t assume you know what they want. Anyone who comes to a cosmetic surgeon have been struggling emotionally with their physical appearance for a long time. Listen intently. Be more meticulous with your surgical technique and perform the task the patient has requested. You can only know what the patient wants by listening to the details. Nearly 12k is a lot to pay for only minimal results.
