Happy to see my new nose and also seeing how small my waist got

I had the best experience on my two surgeries with Dr. Hakan Bulam. I have nothing but POSITIVE things to say about my experience and results! I did a rhinoplasty and a liposuction in my abdomen section. This was my first surgery ever and I did a lot of research on Doctors I wanted to go to for my rhinoplasty. I decided to do a liposuction due to seeing his amazing work on instagram. It was the best decision I have ever made and changed my life. I have always wanted a super flat stomach and contoured and even with years of a lot of exercise and dieting I could never achieve it as I had genetic fat in my stomach area. I have never been this confident and happy with my body. I came from Los Angeles, California and I knew I wanted to get my nose done in Istanbul due to the techniques and just how feminine and perfect the noses look. I found Dr. Bulam through Instagram and I’m VERY GRATEFUL to have chosen him as my surgeon. I went to multiple doctors in Los Angeles for a consultation and I didn’t feel confident they would give me the nose shape I wanted. I am very picky and want a soft and feline nose as my face shape she is small. I am currently two weeks post OP and I have the nose of my dreams ALREADY! It is half the size and very cute. I have never heard of anyone who had a recovery this quick and smooth. Thanks to Dr. Bulam and proper pre op care, I had very little bruising and swelling. I am finally in love with nose shape and its only been two weeks! I messaged through WhatsApp and provided my info and what I was looking for in terms of my nose shape. His office manager was great in helping me with everything and answered all my questions in a professional and friendly manner. She was always available to me morning and night for any questions I had. This is super important to feel like you can trust the office staff of your surgeon. I was easily able to communicate with her as she spoke perfect English and remembered details of me as a patient. I felt that I was actually valued and taken care of throughout the whole trip to Istanbul. Besides the surgery and medical care, they helped set up transportation and recommendations for things to see while you are Istanbul. I also did three lymphatic drainage massages with her for my liposuction post operation care and I highly recommend everyone to do them. Dr. Hakan Bulam really listened to what I was looking for my rhinoplasty and liposuction. I felt super safe and like I was in the best possible care. His attention to detail and care for his patients is so rare to find. He spoke perfect English and I was nervous that having an operation in another country would not be the same care as in United States. I was shocked to learn that the care the medical staff has for patients was as if I was family and far beyond the attentiveness and care I’ve ever received. I did the overnight stay in the hospital and I am grateful for all the nurses and nurse aids as well. I was taken care of in a hospital like I mattered as a person and had 24/7 support. They were there to change out my iv, antibiotics, help me walk around, provide me food, switched my bedding as many times as I asked, and even make me laugh and danced just to cheer me up when I was post op. I will always remember this and hope everyone has the same experience I had. For my checkups, I went to his beautiful office that is in the best area in Istanbul. I was able to get my stitches and splint removed and did a lymphatic massage after my liposuction. Even with splint on it was half the size of my original nose. I was soooo happy to see my new nose and also seeing how small my waist and how contoured and flat my stomach got. Now I wear a size 0-2 in clothes. I only took painkillers that were prescribed to me for 4 days after my surgery… I didn’t feel pain after. If anyone is super worried about their first surgery like I was, I can say with all my heart that I made the right decision to pick Dr. Hakan Bulam. I have nothing but good things to say about his work, professionalism, and care for his patients. My overall experience was a 10/10 and I’m beyond happy with my results. If you are deciding whether or not to fly to Istanbul for surgery or choosing between Doctors I 100% say with full confidence to choose him as your surgeon.
