Left with a Dent and Scarring on the Bridge of my Nose

I traveled to Turkey from the other side of the world to have my surgery with Dr Ali Evlice. He charged me a premium rate of $16,000 which is quite expensive for Turkey however was happy to pay it as I thought I was in safe hands. After the surgery I was left with a wound on the bridge of my nose which looked like a whole once they removed the cast. The doctor told me not to worry and it would soon heal but it has been 10 months post surgery now and I have a dent and scar on the bridge of my nose. I did not have any imperfections on the bridge of nose prior to surgery and he did not discuss cutting skin on the bridge of my nose. I have also had breathing problems after surgery that have not improved and the doctors advice to this was to use a nasal spray and antihistamine. I asked for my money back for the surgery and they refused but agreed to pay for my treatment to repair the dent and scar. After seeing 3 specialists in my home town I will need to undergo further surgery to try to repair the damage Dr Ali Evlice has caused but I have been told that I will have an improvement but will be left with a scar. I sent the doctor the costs involved for the repair over $13,000 and he has gone back on his word and won’t cover the cost. This doctor is all about taking your money and doesn’t care about the damage he has caused, you only see his finest work on social media not cases that happen in between that. He has ruined my nose and left me with a permanent deformity on my nose and difficulty breathing.
