Something isn't right

I had a nose job 3 weeks ago absolutely no different to wot I had before the pics took before have been made to look worse my nose was not like that to begin I feel my money has been stolen and I'm in the same situation I was hating myself only now I thousands worse off.

Was on here b4 had rhinoplasty done in December I need so help or advise someone in same position I'm convinced iv had nothing done and the photo he showed me of b4 has been photoshoped to look worse help
