My nose looks so natural and I can breathe now

When I was a child, I had a deviation in my nose due to intranasal fractures due to falling.
I was having difficulty breathing due to the deviation in the nose.
It also affected my sleep and life quality.
In spite of i was afraid of nose surgery , my doctor made me feel comfortable and convinced me to have nose surgery.
After the successful operation i began to breathe more comfortable.
My nose looked so naturally and esthetical that no one noticed i had an operation.
