Flew in from london, had no idea what to expect logistically. everything was pre-arranged... airport transfer, schedule, post-op instructions before i even left home. dr uslu was calm and precise, the simulation beforehand meant i knew exactly what to expect. nose is healing beautifully. already recommended to three people at work
