Results Not Achieved - small hump protruding - deviated left

I waited for 6 months prior to posting this review especially because I usually feel extremely uncomfortable when its not all positive however…
I researched for a while prior to deciding to go with this surgeon. Reviews were good so i went with it. Price was pretty costly 17000 out of pocket so i had rather high expectations, despite understanding that results may vary.
My goal was to minimize tip and even up small nasal hump. Entire process through his office required a lot of calling and reminding again and again to get paperwork, response to emails from 2 weeks before. I think his staff is nice but not exactly in line with modern technology and timelines.
After surgery once swelling started to go down I noticed that small hump was not adequately removed and now protruding more one side which looks like nose deviated to the left. Doctor himself agreed that he didn’t removed enough during procedure and offered revision. It is risk to undergo anesthesia, risk of infection, risk of again worsening of results after another surgery, time to recover away from work plus additional cost out of my pocket which i do not want to pursue.
Overall entire experience not as I expected. In my case its a clear mistake on the part of surgeon.
