Extremely Disappointing & Traumatic Experience - Ignored and Discarded

Based on my negative experience in undergoing a surgical procedure with Dr. Lo (which left me completely botched both aesthetically and functionally) I would not recommend his practice. I had an extremely disappointing & traumatic experience. I communicated my concerns related to my results and his response was completely cold and uncaring. Not what you would expect from a medical professional at all. Knowing I was unhappy with the results, that honestly left me deformed, his office never contacted me to check in or schedule a follow up to discuss a resolution plan. I was ignored and discarded. I have now consulted with a revision specialist (after doing much research) and hope to move forward from this experience. Just thought I'd share my review as it is critical to do extensive research on your surgeon which I should have done prior to this procedure.
