Horrible Customer Service. Appts Are Rushed. NOT a Happy Patient!!!
Was not happy. Customer service is horrible. This is how my experience went: Dr Ghersi did my rhinoplasty back in 2018. From when I first saw it I wasn’t happy but I knew it was swollen and he assured me it would take up to a year to change and see the final result so I waited patiently. After several months I returned because my tip was still very round and big so he injected something and said it would break down scar tissue and make it smaller; I did this a couple more times over several weeks and nothing changed. 2022 I saw him again for a consultation for a revision. I paid my deposit and booked the next appt which was about 6 months away. I then went to my pre-op appt where they gave me prescriptions, I made full payment and they took my photos. The day of my appt they called me twice to push my appt time and then again to come in earlier. I said ok no problem. Anyway, I took all the Xanax he prescribed me and I was super high… I waited for over two hours already changed into my gown and ready for my new nose… dr ghersi comes in and says “I can’t do a revision on you, this would have to be another rhinoplasty” so I ask him ok how much is that going to cost? I was not looking for a “break”, all I wanted was for him to do whatever he needed to do for me to be happy with my nose. He said “well I can’t do it now we’ll have to re-quote you and reschedule.” Whaaaatttt?? I had already coordinated my kids and waited 6 months for this surgery ANd he had already seen me TWICE before for consult and pre-op and because of their error all of this was a waste of time and money because let’s not forget I also paid an Uber to get there. “I will make sure they give you a full refund”… but hello??? I don’t want a refund I want to know the cost so I can pay the difference and have my nose fixed! I called the office several times on numerous occasions just to find out the cost of the surgery so that I can book once again and NOoNE ever called me back. They completely dismissed me and never even apologized for the “misunderstanding” which, to be clear, was not on me but AMONGST THE STAFF and the doctor himself!!!! As upset and disappointed as I was, I was never rude to anyone and took it as it was because I really just wanted to have my surgery. Til this day I never got a call back. After your surgery they don’t care about you. He blew up by doing some influencers noses between the time I had mine done and now and the customer service went to poo. To this day I can’t believe the mission that they put me on, how high I was ready for my surgery and then just getting blown off and not even any type of accommodations made for me for tthe extreme inconvenience. I EVEN PAID FOR MEDS!!
