Horrible Consult Experience

I wish I could have had a better experience in the consult phase but it started off bad and never got better. When I first called to schedule a consult I was told the scheduler was busy and would call me back the next day, I gave my information, never received a call, so I called back and went through the same process. Three times. I understand being busy, everyone is. When I finally scheduled my consult, which cost $50, I waited for Dr. Harirchian to join the zoom meeting for over 45 minutes. I was made aware she would be coming from surgery— but then schedule me at a later time? It just seemed like my time was respected. I didn’t have a ton of questions for Dr. Harirchian but I could tell she wanted to get off the call, the conversation just seemed mechanical. After the consult Dr. Harirchian was supposed to morph some photos for me to give me an idea of expectations before I would schedule surgery, she never did. I reached out to Cheskanee and Dr. Harirchian multiple times and was never responded to. I feel like my expectations were pretty normal for this sort of situation. I would have appreciated a little bit effort more for potentially trusting someone to modify my face for $10k. A good price I realize but still a lot of money. The whole process was very unprofessional and disappointing.
